¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte J.C., 882 So.2d 274 (Ala.2003), the trial court’s judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
