¶2A jury convicted defendant of first degree murder and armed criminal action. Defendant was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole and a consecutive life sentence. Defendant appeals the judgment entered on these convictions. Defendant also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentiary hearing.
¶3No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion in this case. The judgments are affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b) and 84.16(b).
