¶2There is no provision for any lien on the exempt personal property described in the note in this case. The method by which it was intended to secure the note is simply the waiver of the exemption which the law provides, and this waiver was absolutely void. 18 Cyc., 1450, and cases cited.
¶3Reversed and remanded.
