¶1OPINION OF THE COURT

¶2On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable W. Joseph Embser is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from the office of Justice of the Wellsville Town Court, Allegany County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.

¶3Concur: Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine and Ciparick. Taking no part: Judge Wesley.
