PER CURIAM.

¶1Action on petition for writ of certiorari to review various interlocutory orders was deferred until consideration of the appeal taken from the final decree which was entered subsequent to the filing of the petition for certiorari.

¶2Upon consideration of the record, the petition is denied. See opinion on appeal filed July 13, 1956, in Bredin v. Bredin, Fla., 89 So.2d 353.
