MORROW, Presiding Judge.

¶1The conviction is for the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; penalty assessed at cofinement in the penitentiary for one year.

¶2Since the conviction of the appellant on the 6th day of March, 1935, the law upon which the prosecution is founded has been repealed. See Guy Meadows v. State, 88 S.W.(2d) 481, opinion delivered Nov. 27, 1935.

¶3The judgment is reversed, and the prosecution ordered dismissed.
