¶1Okesi B. McKinney appeals an order denying his motion for credit for jail time served. In light of the plea colloquy and the State’s response, it is clear that defendant-appellant McKinney has not received credit that he is owed. Accordingly the order is reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings to grant the correct amount of jail time credit.
¶2This opinion shall take effect immediately notwithstanding the filing of any motions for rehearing.
¶3Reversed and remanded.
