¶1ORDER
¶2Appellant, Larry R. Pollock, petitioned the Circuit Court of Boone County pursuant to § 302.311, RSMo 1986, asserting that he had received notice from the Director of Revenue of a ten-year loss of driving privileges as a result of multiple convictions for driving while intoxicated. The judgment denying relief is affirmed as Pollock’s petition does not allege facts entitling him to any 'relief.
¶3Judgment affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
