¶2ORDERED that Appellant’s MOTION TO VACATE DECISION, filed August 20, 2004, is granted. Accordingly, the August 10, 2004, per curiam decision of this court is vacated and withdrawn. Moreover, Appellant is granted to and including October 11, 2004, to file and serve any reply brief *1067in the cause. Appellant’s concurrent request to assign a new judicial panel to the appeal is denied.
