Appellant, Luis Fernando Botero, appeals the denial of his motion to set aside a final judgment awarding fees, but neither the motion nor his briefs set forth any grounds which would have authorized the trial court to relieve Botero from the judgment under rule 1.540, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
