¶1In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. T.F., case No. 4-07-0452 (06/24/08), dismissing the appeal as moot. The appellate court is directed to consider the appeal on its merits.
