¶1John Lord appeals a final judgment after bench trial. There is no trial transcript, and without it, this court is unable to resolve the issues that the appellant is attempting to raise here. See Applegate v. *282Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1150, 1152 (Fla.1979).
