¶1ORDER
¶2Jacobs appeals the trial court’s grant of Virginia Ronollo’s Motion to Dismiss his counterclaims which were for suit on a promissory note, fraud and breach of contract.
¶3No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum opinion for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.
¶4We affirm the judgment in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
