Restoney Robinson, a North Carolina prisoner,* filed two 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 complaints alleging that (1) Officer Ritch delayed delivery of his legal mail (No. 89-7764), and (2) Nurse Morrison denied him alcohol pads for a skin condition (No. 89-7765). The district court dismissed the complaints without prejudice for Robinson's failure to properly complete the complaint form provided by the clerk for prisoner petitions. We conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion and affirm the dismissal in both cases. Robinson is free to refile these complaints when he complies with the local rules.
Accordingly, we grant Robinson leave to proceed in forma pauperis and affirm the order of the district court. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented and oral argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
