¶1After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2On the authority of Ex parte Triplett, 899 So.2d 216 (Ala.2004), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of Mobile County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
