¶1Affirmed. Appellant’s claim that the rule of sequestration was violated is refuted by Nieves v. State, 739 So.2d 125 (Fla. 5th DCA 1999). His claim that the state committed a discovery violation is not preserved and, in any event, the violation was not prejudicial.
