¶2This case in point of preparation and principle is the same of that just decided between Talbot and David, a boy of color, and for the reasons contained in the opinion decided in that case, the judgment in this must be reversed, the cause remanded to the court below, and further proceedings had not inconsistent with the principles of that opinion.
