State v. Ford

Court of Appeals of North Carolina

Decided August 26, 1970

Court of Appeals of North Carolina · decided 1970-08-26

Decided 1970-08-26

Graham, J.

¶1Two assignments of error are set forth in the record. However, defendant’s court appointed counsel candidly concedes in his brief that the assignments of error are without merit. We agree. We have also reviewed the record proper and conclude that no prejudicial error appears on the face thereof.

¶2No error.
