¶1We have carefully examined the record in his case and briefs of argument submitted by counsel and are of opinion that he Auditing Judge was correct‘in disposing of the questions involved and for ae reasons given by him.
¶2The exceptions are dismissed and the adjudication is confirmed absolutely.
