Patzka v. Hooks

¶1Note from the reporter of decisions: On November 9, 2007, the Court of Criminal Appeals issued an order transferring Frank Patzka's case to the St. Clair Circuit Court for that court to set aside its order denying Patzka's petition challenging the rescission of his parole by the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles. The Court of Criminal Appeals advised the St. Clair Circuit Court of transfer the petition to the Montgomery Circuit Court because Patzka's petition challenges the action of an administrative agency. Judge Shaw concurred specially and issued an opinion. *572
