¶1The only point in the case is whether or not appellant violated the usury statutes. The record and briefs have been examined and the judgment appealed from appears to be controlled by and is affirmed on authority of Richter Jewelry Co. v. Schweinert, 125 Fla. 199, 169 So. 750; Stoutamire v. North Florida Loan Ass’n, 152 Fla. 321, 11 So.2d 570, and Speier v. Monnah Park Block Co., Fla., 84 So.2d 697.
¶2Affirmed.
