¶1The conviction is for theft; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
¶2The evidence heard before the trial court is not brought up for review. The indict-' ment and other proceedings appear regular. No error has been perceived or pointed out.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
