¶1We grant the Petition for Belated Appeal of the denial of Robert Holveek’s motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Having reviewed the order on the merits, we affirm. See Washington v. State, 895 So.2d 1141 (Fla. 4th DCA 2005); Hope v. State, 766 So.2d 343 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000).
