¶1We affirm finding that the trial court properly summarily denied the appellant’s petition for writ of mandamus where he failed to exhaust all of his administrative remedies. Hidalgo v. State, 729 So.2d 984, 987 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999).
¶2Affirmed.
