¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Baker, 906 So.2d 277 (Ala.2004), this case is remanded to the Houston Circuit Court for a new trial.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
