¶1ORDER
¶2Considering the Joint Petition for Transfer to Disability Inactive Status,
¶3IT IS ORDERED that Inez Frances Kerth, Louisiana Bar Roll number 7352, be and she hereby is transferred to disability inactive status. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule XIX, § 26(E), this order shall be effective immediately.
¶4IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent’s probation shall be deferred until such time as she resumes active status.
