HERNANDEZ, Judge

¶1(specially concurring).

¶2I concur in Judge Lopez’s opinion, with one exception: I agree with Judge Wood that the signaling of the dogs alone would have been sufficient to establish probable cause for arrest. See the cases cited in Judge Wood’s opinion. I do not find that United States v. Chadwick, cited by Judge Lopez, deals with the question of whether the signaling of a dog trained to detect marijuana establishes probable cause for arrest. See 433 U.S. 1, 97 S.Ct. 2476, 2480, note 1, 53 L.Ed.2d .538.
