¶1The petition is granted and William Floyd Gay is hereby afforded a belated appeal from the order denying postconviction relief in case number 00-2236G in the Circuit Court in and for Bay County. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal to be treated as a notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
