¶1Because the order on appeal merely granted a motion to dismiss, this appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction without prejudice to petitioner’s right to seek review upon entry of a final order of dismissal. See Mintz v. Broward Correctional Institute, 800 So.2d 343 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001).
