¶1concurring. I agree that this case should be affirmed, but I would address only the question of sufficiency of the evidence. Because the evidence is sufficient to support the conviction, I do not think it necessary to address the issue of whether the abuse or conditions resulting from the abuse can constitute proof of the victim’s status as an endangered or impaired adult.

¶2Thus, I concur.
