¶1OPINION OF THE COURT
¶2On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Curtis J. VanTassel is suspended, with pay, effective immediately, from his office of Justice of the LeRay Town Court, Jefferson County, pursuant to NY Constitution, article VI, § 22 and Judiciary Law § 44 (8).
¶3Concur: Chief Judge Kaye and Judges Titone, Bellacosa, Smith, Levine, Ciparick and Wesley.
