¶2On the Court’s own motion, it is determined that Honorable Ralph T. Romano is suspended with pay, effective immediately, from his offices of Justice of the Haverstraw Town Court, Rock-land County, and Acting Justice of the Village Court of West Haverstraw, Rockland County, pending disposition of his request for review of a determination by the State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
