¶1This is a companion suit to that of Lonnie L. Cupples v. Carmichael, La.App., 92 So. 774, both of said cases arising out of the same automobile accident which occurred November 4, 1955, on U. S. Highway No. '80, just outside of Minden, Louisiana.
¶2For the reasons set forth in Cupples v. Carmichael, the judgment from which appealed is annulled and reversed, and plaintiff’s demands against the defendants are rejected at her cost.
