“One of the issues in this case is whether the defendant was present at 110 West Southern, City of Walker, County of Vernon, State of Missouri, a residence possessed by [victim], between 4:50 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. on June 4, 1993. On that issue, you are instructed as follows: 1.
