¶1On Motion For Rehearing And/Or Certification Of Conflict
¶2We deny the appellant Sainnophar Sur-invil’s Motion for Rehearing and/or Certification of Conflict, withdraw our PCA of February 15, 2006, and substitute this opinion in its place.
¶3Surinvil’s conviction and sentence is affirmed. See Jones v. State, 870 So.2d 904 (Fla. 4th DCA 2004), aff'd, Jones v. State, 923 So.2d 486 (Fla.2006).
¶4Affirmed.
