¶1ORDER
¶2Marcus Ricks appeals the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post conviction relief. He contends the motion court erred in denying his motion after an evidentiary hearing.
¶3This court, having considered the arguments of appellant, finds them to be without merit.
