People v. Wooten

¶1By order of February 4, 2019, the application for leave to appeal the June 12, 2018 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Gamble v. United States . On order of the Court, the case having been decided on June 17, 2019, 587 U.S. ----, 139 S.Ct. 1960, 204 L.Ed.2d 322 (2019), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
