Hall v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida

Decided August 17, 2006

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 2006-08-17

Decided 2006-08-17

PER CURIAM.

¶1In this criminal appeal, appellant Hall argues that the trial court reversibly erred by curtailing his cross-examination of the victim, Elizabeth Faircloth. Having thoroughly reviewed the evidence in this case, we are persuaded that even if the trial court erred when it upheld an objection to Hall’s cross-examination question, this was harmless error. Accordingly, we AFFIRM Hall’s conviction and sentence.
