PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm without prejudice to appellant’s right to file an administrative grievance challenging the deductions from his account for legal copying, pursuant to Smith v. Florida Department of Corrections, 920 So.2d 638 (Fla. 1st DCA 2005), review denied, 923 So.2d 1162 (Fla.2006).

¶2AFFIRMED.
