¶2Decisions of the Supreme Court are controlling in this Court. Mo. Const, art. V, § 2. Therefore, I am compelled to concur in fight of State v. Damask, 936 S.W.2d 565 (Mo. banc 1996). My personal views are more akin to Judge White’s dissent in Damask.
