¶1Enrique Castro filed a motion for post-conviction relief, claiming that there are transcription errors in the transcript of his plea colloquy. The trial court summarily denied the motion and Castro has appealed. We vacate the order and remand for further consideration in light of this court’s related reversal in Castro v. State, 935 So.2d 1224 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006).
¶2Reversed and remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.
