PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm the trial court’s temporary order. Where there was a legitimate dispute as to the ownership of the vehicle, the trial court had the inherent authority to grant an injunction so as to preserve the property until a final resolution of the case. McRae v. McRae, 52 So.2d 908, 910 (Fla.1951).

¶2AFFIRMED.
