¶1ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT
¶2In accordance with the supreme court’s opinion in State v. Green, 2006 WL 3025732, 944 So.2d 208 (Fla. Oct.26, 2006), the order denying Green’s motion to withdraw plea is affirmed, without prejudice to his right to file a new motion within sixty (60) days after jurisdiction returns to the trial court.
