¶1We treat the petition for writ of certio-rari as a notice of appeal, in accordance with rule 9.040(c), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. Having reviewed the brief filed by the appellant, and the record brought before us, we conclude that the order denying relief pursuant to rule 3.800(a) was properly entered.
