Long v. State

¶1This case is REMANDED to the circuit court for correction of the June 8, 2006, judgment to reflect that the Defendant’s conviction on Count 3, false impersonation of a law enforcement officer, is a third-degree felony. The judgment and sentence are otherwise AFFIRMED.
