Richardson v. State

¶1The petition is granted and petitioner shall be allowed belated appeal of the November 21, 2005, order denying motion for post-conviction relief in Escambia County Circuit Court case number 2001-CF-5028-B. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, the circuit court shall treat this court’s mandate as the notice of appeal. Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
