Constance M. Northam seeks review of the Benefits Review Board's decision and order affirming the administrative law judge's denial of benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. 33 U.S.C. §§ 901-950 (1988). Our review of the record and the Board's decision and order discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the Board. Northam v. B & M Marine Repairs, Inc., No. 89-3576 (Ben.Rev.Bd. Apr. 30, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
