¶1Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of December 1, 2006, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not a final order. Hoffman v. O’Connor, 802 So.2d 1197 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002) (dismissing appeal as premature where order reserved jurisdiction to determine equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
