¶414 would grant the writ application and remand this case to the trial court to consider conditionally releasing defendant subject to the factors listed in La.C.Cr.P. art. 657.1(A), including whether “appropriate outpatient treatment, supervision, and monitoring are reasonably available,” either at the Women’s Community Rehabilitation Center in Baton Rouge or elsewhere.
