¶1ORDER
¶2Appellant, Kurt Werder, appeals from the judgment of convictions of two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, § 566.062 RSMo (1994), entered pursuant to jury verdicts. The trial court sentenced him as a prior offender to ten years’ imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
¶3We have reviewed the record and find that no jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. The judgment of convictions is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
